Hello! Has anyone stayed at this mexican resort?
We’re planning a family trip - it would be our first time in Mexico. Any tips, suggestions, or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

My parents love it there! They have exclusively gone to that resort for 6+ years now

Went to a friend's wedding here a few years ago and we weren't impressed. Half the rooms weren't ready when we checked in, they made a bunch of us move rooms halfway through the trip, ran out of food and drinks at the wedding, and they had some very strange rules like you can't get food in the lobby bar.

I was considering this one but ended up going to Iberostar Paraiso.
Please check the distribution of the reviews - there are not enough 5* to call it good. When you spend like $4k+, you want to make sure you’re getting the best for your money. And adding 10-15% to the vacation budget could bring you in a complete different category.

The resort building, accommodation, food and entertainment was amazing. I spent 2 weeks there last year. They treat you as a queen. The only problem is that they do not have beaches to actually swim in the ocean but if you do not mind that go for it. You will love it

The cleanest and well maintained resort. Top notch food quality and lots of options to pick from. Their guest service is phenomenal and worth every penny.

Very nice resort. Beautiful surroundings, great pools, good food. Awesome lobby lounge with live entertainment.

I loved it. Three resorts you can hang out or dine in but with a small resort feel. The food was amazing, the pools are nice but beach was ok. I loved the free bike tour.

We stayed there a couple years ago and it's a beautiful resort, the food was amazing, lovely grounds, wonderful staff, awesome rooms.

I got married there 12 years ago this month. It was beautiful and an amazing holiday. Would love to go back!!

I was there last Nov with my kids and it was fantastic!

We just did and I would not do it again. You have to be up 5-6 am to get a beach lounger to start. You have to make reservations at 730 am for supper the next night. Don’t do all all inclusive too many good restaurants for that in Mazatlan

Darren this is on the east side of Mexico on the Atlantic Ocean near Playa car. Mazatlan in on the pacific coast.

We went there with our family of 8 with age ranges from 5-20 years old for the kids. Rooms were ok but food and beach front was less than desirable. I would not spend the money to go back to this resort.
