Hello everyone,
A friend of mine is having trouble deciding between 3 places of where to go for their annual family vacation (with 2 kids, 5 & 7). She's thinking either Los Cabos or Mazatlan or Dominican Republic. I haven't even been there myself to those places. Which one would you guys recommend that would suit best for family with 2 kids? Thank you in advance for the input.

Los Cabo’s would be my choice.

there are a couple los cabos kid friendly all inclusives. we stayed in one vrbo cant remember name on water and a big pirate ship play area!

Cabo is my favorite! You can be there in 4 hours, I feel safe there, guaranteed good weather, and the resorts are beautiful

Maztlan would be my choice...stay in the Gold Zone, beaches are pristine, many all-inclusive hotels right on the beach, pools, waterslides, shopping, etc. All within walking distance. Very safe area!

I found that Maztlan was not kid friendly..lots ATVs and horses on the beach, it was roped off, BUT..

When we went to Maztlan in march it was super kid friendly, tons of kids activities. We are planning on going again in the new year as my inlaws spend quite a bit of time there.

Best value will be Mazatlan. I lived there for 7yrs
Food is amazing, lots of choices even if you’re not into Mexican food. Tons to do as a family (fishing, boat tours, beaches, art walks, museums, horse riding, etc). A gazillion photo ops too!! Los Cabos is about 4 tines the price, and I haven’t been to DR to compare, but my vote is Mazatlan!

Thanks everyone for your input. So definitely between the two, either Cabo or Mazatlan. This will definitely help her decide.
