They have a good Hop on Hop Off tour. Worth taking for about 26$ and get a great overview of Cartagena. It includes a 90 min walking tour through the old city as well. You can get off and on in 15 locations throughout both old city area and the new high rise peninsula.

San Andres is a gorgeous island, if you are looking for beach activities.

Chiva bus at night is a great way to see the city and meet lots of people. We had so much fun we we went twice! Safe night activity for solo traveller as well.
