San Diego is a walkable city (they also have Uber and Lyft to check out areas like La Jolla, pacific beach and balboa park)
Carolyn
Kari And always nice weather!
Jack
This has been on my staycation list for a while. Take the bus to Qualicum and then hang out on the beaches up there.

Honolulu is walkable.

Palm Springs. Short cab to downtown from airport(10 min)and many nice smaller boutique places to stay. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Weather should still be super.

If we went to Alaska what’s the best things to do there?!
Katie
skagway alaska is small but beautiful. Hiking. A geat train ride up a gold rush mountain. History, mountains, beauty.
Erin
The White Pass train is closed for the season, I believe. This is off season for cruise ships, so lots of places will be closed for the winter. Just something to keep in mind...
That said, White Horse has a cute town and vibe, though you would be relying on taxis.
Dana
Portland, San Francisco or San Diego. Alaska Air flys to all of them.
Krista
All walkable and Uber Savy cites too. My vote is SD- sunshine! Encenitas is my fav beach town close by
Shirlie

New York is awesome any time of year! Easy to walk around and so much to do. Fabulous food, amazing entertainment and all walking friendly
Dennis
Portland - hands down - one of the coolest, most relaxed cities in the world. Great coffee, (takes 20 minutes - which is part of the charm) great beer and great food.
Tanya
Dennis so true!! Great city. Fly down with Alaska. Bellingham to Portland and then Uber around.
Claire
I just booked our son on a return trip to Phoenix AZ with my Alaskan Airline points for the first week in November. It's a beautiful city, beautiful weather with awesome restaurants, shopping, tourist sights. We went last year and realised we could have stayed in Phoenix alone for a week although we were touring the state in a car rental. Our son is very excited, he is hanging out with some friends there for a week.
Ingrid
San Francisco would be my pick.
Nicki
Fly to Kona, Hawaii and catch the last weekend of the Kona Coffee Festival, go free snorkeling off White Sands Beach, all reachablefor a $2 trolley ride from one end (shopping at Ross)to the other(Sheraton Hotel for cocktails and watch the Manta Rays come in to feed at night from Rays By the Bay or better yet, spend the $100 to snorkel WITH the Mantas with Fairwinds Cruises)
Nicki
Pm if you need more info....it’s our favourite place on the planet right now for adventure and relaxation
Becky
Nicki I second Hawaii as well. But need more than 4 days. When I visit Hawaii I need a minimum of 7 days (but we usually go for 10-14 days). But I’m a little “needy” when it comes to Hawaii and like to stay as long as possible.
Karen
Fly Kenmore Air from the Victoria Harbour Air terminal into Seattle’s Lake Union 1 hour! Book a fancy Priceline 4 or 5* mystery express deal hotel in downtown Seattle. Only take a backpack so you can walk from lake union to your hotel. Walk everywhere. Take the Savor Seattle pike place market food tour - book in advance. Have dinner at any one of the many great Seattle restaurants - check out the Pink Door or take a ferry across to Alki Beach and have dinner at Salty’s! Make reservations!! Do a Segway Tour! Have evening cocktails at Vitos on 9th and take a trip through the past! PM me for more Seattle ideas or more words around Priceline Express Deals.

We’ve done San Francisco for 4 days and it was perfect. Great city with tons to do. Very romantic
Kirsten
San Francisco would be a lovely one for 4 days - it's in the same time zone but still a great getaway.
Jackie
Our anniversary is in November too and we’ve tried lots of places over the years. Some of the places suggested would be pretty cold, like SF. We love the Big Island but 4 days is pretty short. My pick would be SAN Diego or Portland.
Michael
Jackie we’ve already been to Hawaii together 3 times. I wanna go back to kauai but she doesn’t want to.
we still have lots to do there like canpbthe kalalau trail.
Michael

If you're thinking about adventure, stay in Canada and go up North to see the Aurora! Yellowknife is perfect for 3 days, it's not super cold yet, but has awesome clear skies. I saw 2 great light shows, my boyfriend and I loved it! It's Aurora capital of the world! Lots of art, culture and good food too. Whitehorse is a good second option, and you could go dog mushing, Ice fishing, go to the local brewery, hiking. I've been to both places, PM me if you want more details. It was very affordable too.

Help! My gf and I have Remembrance Day long weekend off (November 8-11) and it’s our anniversary and my bday at that time too but we have no plans.
We live in Victoria BC Canada and have enough air miles to go pretty much anywhere with Alaska air. We also can’t rent a car so we’re kinda stuck for transportation
Looking for suggestions on where to go! We are adventurous and like to explore and do unique/bucket list things.
I’ve never booked a trip this close to the dates before. Any help is appreciated.
Even if it’s something local in BC!
