Think you can order them from your bank.
Kevin
I spend a lot of time in PV. I found that using atm’s through either Santander or bancomex, hsbc give me great exchange rates. The charge is usually$29 pesos. So anything over $200 Canadian it makes sense.

Erin lunch in your dates from the google home page and hit the price updates. I find that transat ecomax. Free luggage priority boarding and one drink plus a snack usually costs me about $650 tax in. Hope that helps
Erin
Thanks kevin!

I go back and forth to Mazatlan and I always get pesos at vbce. I only use banking machines down there if I run out of pesos.

Michael
what was your rate?
Juanita
Michael I can.t remember but it was better than here it was last September. In fact our travel agent recommended we wait till we get there. When we went to Cuba we did the same.
Juanita
Plus they will prefer US dollars for tips. But don.t take US money to exchange because then you are exchanging twice. Canadian to U S then to Mexican
Andrew
Charlie's on granville seems to have the best exchange rate. Right next to Burger King on robson
Juanita
I know a couple of resorts on the Cancun side won.t take US dollars
Paula
Bank rates suck. I 100% recomend Vancouver Bullion or Moneyway

Heading off on a cruise to Cabo, Maz, and PV coming up. Looking at buying Pesos (even after the debate on why or why not we should). Where is the best place to get them? I am in South Surrey. Looking at an exchange rate of 14-15 pesos to 1 CAD.
