Wild Play! It’s a series of obstacles that you do while wearing a harness in the tree tops. I’ve only done the one in Maple Ridge, but there are other locations. Sooo fun! Also if you want to come out to Chilliwack, there’s river rafting, paintball and the Waterslides in summer.

Rent bikes for a day trip along the Stanley park sea wall to Locarno beach, early dinner at the Jericho beach sailing centre.

Being from a landlocked nation, I bet they'd get a real kick out of going on a whale watching tour. There are some out of Steveston, and also out of Victoria if you happen to take them to the Island.

I am going to add: kayaking in deep cove. You can likely book a tour with an employee that can help teach, and maybe stop at a little island or beach to have a donut then return. There is also a hike there called Quarry Rock
