Booked a $98 round trip to london with them. No problem except issues with choosing seats in the free 24hr period. Airline said i had to pick seats with cheapo and cheapo said the airline did not release seat plan.

They were the booking site that was able to get most tickets issued during the crazy mistake fare events to Europe this year (on 2 different occasions). Usually a characteristic of the higher quality booking sites. Have always generally heard positive things about their customer service.
I have them ranked high in the booking site rankings (#3). Some info on them: http://yycdeals.com/third-party-airfare-booking-sites-the...

Used them 2x. Good success both times. The 2nd time we booked 2 tickets then decided to bring our kids. I called in and they booked the kids over the phone and then matched our itineraries together so british airways knew we were traveling together and sat all 4 of us together even though we were on different itineraries.

My fiancee have used them for almost every trip we've been on -- makes about five or six in five years -- and we've never had a problem. Only thing I may recommend is to check and double-check your flight days and DO NOT change them unless you've purchased the insurance. Changing a flight day is mighty expensive.

Make sure you buy your luggage at time of the tickets. Otherwise it’s outrageous! Plus you have to pay for your checked bag again if
You have a connection.

This has more to do with airline policies than any particular booking site. The situation is the same when booking with the airline. But when booking with the third party booking sites, it's not always clear that luggage may or may not be included in the price they are displaying. I can see this becoming more and more of an issue as airlines continue to 'unbundle' their prices.

I also booked those mistake fares to Europe, with no problems. I normally prefer to book directly with an airline, but have had absolutely no problems with cheapoair. My world-traveller kid has also used then a lot and like them.

I have but you also need to search other sites to keep them honest! I had good experience the first time I used them but the second time they changed my info to US dollars and I didn’t catch it soon enough so I paid a high price for the tickets!

Just to note for anyone using cheapoair. www.cheapoair.ca is in $CAD while www.cheapoair.com is in $USD. I imagine there are many people who have accidentally gone to the wrong site and not realized the currency has changed.
